Our main aims in providing this service is to make resources and information readily available, providing opportunities for users to gain relationship insights and strengthen their relationships. Any information we request as you use this site will be used to meet these aims.

How can I be sure my information remains anonymous?
Access to the articles, video clip films, relationship insights and a number of other features are available to everyone, there is no registration on the Site. Users are invited to enter their email address at the bottom of article pages so that the article can be sent to their email account.
The site has specifically been designed to ensure that members remain anonymous at all times. Only email address will be logged when a user sends an article to their email account.
When emailing an article to yourself, you are not required to provide specific personal details relating to you such as surname, address or postcode, telephone number, date of birth etc.
What will you use my data for?
We may use information users supply to compile anonymous statistics and research. This will enable us to better provide users with better services on the Site and help us further our research into relationships. We will not share any identifiable information to third parties without a user’s explicit permission.
Whenever users provide any such data, we will treat that information in accordance with this policy. When using your personal information, One Plus One will act in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (and the additional regulations concerning the best practice in regard to maintaining data security)
What information do I need to email an article?

Will you ask me for any other information?
We may request further information from users via email at a later date for example to assist us in our research. We will always email users before hand explaining our reasons in detail. Whether users choose to provide such information or not is optional. Any information provided will be subject to the terms of this policy and used only for the purposes specified in detail in the relevant email.
Occasionally we may also invite individuals to take part in our research into relationships. Once again, participation is voluntary and we will always ensure the integrity of users privacy and desire for anonymity.
Will you share any of my data on the site with anyone else?
We will never pass any personal identifiable information to any other organisation or third party, unless we have obtained your explicit permission to do so, or are legally required to do so under the strict exemptions laid down in the Data Protection Act 1998.
As a research based organisation, One Plus One may use the information to compile aggregate statistics, for example the number of users, number of users emailing an article etc., to assist us in research or campaigning. In all cases, all information supplied will be completely anonymous.
